How Long Have You Been in Business?  How many classes has your program actually taught?
How many students have you actually graduated?
How can I check the official pass rate of your program?
Are you a member of the BBB (Better Business Bureau)?
Are You Accredited?  If so, through what accrediting board?
If you are also a testing site, do you do Web Testing or is paper and pencil testing?
How often do you conduct testing at your site?
What Text Book do you use? Is it one you came up with yourself or a published text?
What exactly does "Job Placement" mean?
Do you have actual jobs available or do you just go over resumes and give job interview hints?
Who is your instructor?  Are they fluent in English, will I be able to understand them?
Can I speak to him/her directly or met him/her in person?
